GeoCapture offers you a simple module with which you can monitor and log your refuelling processes with GPS transmitters in the long term. With just a few clicks you can select the date, location, cost and quantity of fuel. The rest is done by geoCapture. The GPS location automatically determines the exact address and time of refuelling as well as the kilometres driven and the average consumption. When the driver is identified, the responsible driver is also assigned.
If the consumption shows too high deviations, a warning is issued. You can have the system display the distance travelled directly to analyze the driving routes.
geoCapture also checks whether the vehicle was on site at all at the time of refuelling. In this way, card misuse is detected or incorrect billing of the fuel cards is checked.
