Digital key management with geoCapture - how it works:

Master data management

geoCapture has access to all keys that are stored in the key cabinet. In object management, these keys are assigned to the respective objects once.

Tour planning

The tour planning function plans the tours for the teams. geoCapture automatically transfers the key list for the scheduled objects to the ECOS key cabinet, which is then assigned to the team leader.

Key removal

Team leaders identify themselves at the key cabinet via RFID and remove the keys using light signals. Depending on the design of the cabinet, unauthorized keys are blocked.

Error detection

After starting the tour via the geoCapture app, the application checks the keys taken. A warning is issued in the event of missing removals or problems.

Use on site

The geoCapture app shows the employee the keys required for the property at a glance. Since he only carries the necessary keys with him, there is no need to search for the right key.

Key return

At the end of the tour, the employee puts the keys back in the cabinet. geoCapture checks whether all the keys are complete. If this is not the case, the dispatcher and the driver receive a message about the missing keys.
